Elig's development team continues to invest in the innovation and improvement of friction materials, develops friction material formulas in cooperation with American and Japanese laboratories, and uses high-quality raw materials from Japanese, European and American manufacturers.

We use Japanese computerized vehicle dynamic simulation test equipment and German friction material dynamic test machine to carry out product development and validation. After strict heat treatment and optimization of precise formula, it effectively reduces the noise and dust when braking and extends the service life of brake pads at the same time.
